Matt was away in Japan last weekend, so I was a bit at loose ends. What better than some museum-going?
I headed out on my bike on Saturday afternoon, to soak in the sun at the Millesgarden, over on Lidingo. The glass art was intriguing, but I was really there to see the garden on that stunning fall day.
On Sunday, a gray day, I met with A&R for some Myrorna-perusing, and some modern art perusing — over at Moderna, they have one of those money-maker shows, putting together Turner, Monet and Cy Twombly, three generations of, well, are they all Impressionists? I was impressed! We also took a run through the photographs (a series of views of the last century’s decades), and the “moving art” memorial exhibit, complete with a Calder.
